CLUB RULES.
1. NAME: The Club shall be called the “Parkdale Rovers Football Club”, and shall be affiliated to the
2. OBJECT: Its object shall be to provide Association Football for its members.

All of whom shall be appointed at the Annual General Meeting, with the exception of “President”, this position being a life-time award.
4. COMMITTEE: The Club shall be controlled by a General Committee, consisting of the Officers and co-opted Club members.
5. POWERS OF THE GENERAL COMMITTEE.
The property and /or assets of the Club shall be vested in the General Committee (G.C.)
The G.C. shall have the power to co-opt members from time to time, as deemed necessary.
The G.C. shall have the power to suspend or expel any member deemed guilty of conduct prejudicial to the good name of the Club.
The G.C. shall have the power to fill any “Officer” vacancies as may arise in its constitution between Annual General Meetings.
6. MEMBERSHIP. Membership shall consist of all individuals registered to play for the Club during a Season (July to July) and “Lifetime Members” as nominated by the General Committee. A register of members shall be kept by the Secretary. Non-payment of match fees and/or fines will usually lead to expulsion from membership.
7. SUBSCRIPTION. Subscription shall be made on a match by match basis by Playing Members (i.e. match fees). The level of match fees shall be set for each playing Season at the preceding A.G.M.
8. A.G.M. The A.G.M. shall be held each year not later than the end of July. Notice of the A.G.M. shall be given at the End-of Season awards evening. Officers shall report to the meeting. The meeting shall elect Officers by open ballot, and transact any other business.
9. EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING.
An E.G.M. may be convened by the G.C. when deemed desirable and also upon written request of 5 Members. The Secretary shall give 7 days notice to all Members.
10. FINANCE. The Treasurer shall keep proper books of account, which shall be audited yearly. The G.C. shall authorise cheques to be signed by the Treasurer.
11. ALTERATION TO THE RULES.
No alteration to these rules shall be made except at the A.G.M. or E.G.M., and only if supported by 2/3rds of those present.
12. OTHER BUSINESS.
Any matters not covered by the foregoing Rules shall be dealt with by the G.C., the decision of which body shall be final and binding.
